Dear friends
“It’s all happening!"
Christvin, Suba and the boys will be moving, as Christvin prepares to take up his appointment as Probationer Minister in the Isle of Mann. We had a wonderful service of thanksgiving for their ministry here, and our prayers go with them.
As I write, many schools are in the last days of Summer term, and it’s hard to believe another year has passed. Where did that go?!
We look back with thankfulness to God for His grace, and for the ongoing work of His Spirit.
But we look forward too in anticipation.
I’m delighted to be working alongside friends from New Life Church and Wheatley Lane for the Blues Festival worship on Sunday 24 August at 11.0 a.m. We have met together as a band, and we are very much looking forward to this witness. Do pray for good weather, for people to hear the Gospel and meet with God. Also for Rev. Sharon Read who will speak at the event.
I’m also pleased to report that there are seeds that have some potential with regard to the Exchange Project. Nothing has been agreed yet, but we are having positive conversations with St. Bartholomew’s about a developing partnership, and working more closely together. Please pray for God’s continued guidance.
If there are changes happening in your own life, please be assured of my ongoing thoughts and prayers.
I am on leave between Monday 28 July and Sunday 10 August, and Monday 25 – Saturday 30 August.
I hope you have an enjoyable Summer!
God bless,
Adrian
